Sanatana Dharma Maharshi Patanjali is known for his work on yoga and meditation. He is the author of Mahabhasya (an ancient treatise on grammar and linguistics), which is an exposition of ‘Ashtadhyayi’ of Panini. I couldn’t find any reference to him writing about the rules of Sanatan Dharma. However, I did find a list of 21 principles of Sanatan Dharma that you might find interesting. These principles include: All events have a cause. All actions have a consequence. In the network of life, there is no single cause or single consequence.
